"Abdulhamid II And His Legacy", edited by Prof. Ş. Tufan Buzpınar and Prof. Gökhan Çetinsaya, the faculty members of İstanbul Şehir University, met with the readers.
​​​​"Abdulhamid II and His Legacy", edited by Prof. Ş. Tufan Buzpınar, the faculty member in ŞEHİR History Department, and Prof. Gökhan Çetinsaya, the faculty member in ŞEHİR Political Science and International Relations Department, hit the shelves.

The book, which was prepared in honour of Prof. F.A.K. Yasamee and published by ISIS Press, was contributed by the articles of many prominent names. In the book, in which the period of Abdulhamid II rule from different perspectives, there are detailed and meticulous studies about domestic policy, the Ottoman army, and the Young Turks as well as the foreign relations of Ottoman at that period.

In addition to the articles written by Prof. Ş. Tufan Buzpınar and Prof. Gökhan Çetinsaya, the editors of the book, some of the contributors of the book are Prof. Feroze A.K. Yasamee writing on spying on the sultan, Prof. Azmi Özcan discussing Anti-Ottoman debates in Britain, Prof. Oya Dağlar Macar researching foreign medical aid to the Ottomans and Prof. Odile Moreau writing on Ottoman-Chinese relations, and Dr. H. Ozan Özavcı studying the Young Turks.​
